1U高度可编程直流电源5kW增加1000V 和 1500V输出电压型号,用于电动汽车600V以上电池的测试和开发
TDK公司(TSE 6762)宣布TDK-Lambda品牌 GENESYS+™系列高功率密度可编程直流电源新增两个型号。此次新增将该系列产品的输出电压和电流范围扩展至从0-10V/500A到0-1500V/3.4A,为工程师提供更多更无缝的选择。高压5kW电源的目标应用是汽车测试(包括配备高压电池的电动和混合动力汽车),一般测试或研究,测量,半导体制造,电池制造和可再生能源。
此次两个新增电压型号可提供0-1000V/0-5A 和 0-1500V/0-3.4A可编程输出。输入电压范围为三相170 - 265Vac或宽范围342 - 528Vac,具有有源功率因数校正(PFC)。电源可工作在恒压,恒流或恒功率限制模式,另外提供内阻模拟功能。
该系列受益于DSP(数字信号处理)技术和最新一代元器件,包括铁氧体材料,可实现高达92%的效率。更少的内部散热可确保更高的额定功率,而不会影响可靠性。
GENESYS+™ 5kW 适用于零堆叠机架式安装,尺寸为宽 423 mm,深 486.5 mm,高 43.6 mm(1U)。冷却由变速风扇提供,根据环境温度和输出负载调节风速,从而降低可听噪音,从而减少操作人员疲劳。电源的重量小于8.5kg,便于搬运。
GENESYS+™ 系列的所有型号均具有高对比度、宽视角的LCD显示屏,并具有亮度控制和调光功能,以及更快的上升和下降编程响应时间,用户也可以设置电压和电流变化速率。可以生成多达 100 步的任意波形配置文件并将其存储在四个存储单元中,并通过通信端口或前面板激活调用。
5kW可编程电源使用TDK-Lambda的高级并联系统(专利申请中),使多台并联系统的动态响应以及纹波和噪声性能可与单台电源相媲美。GENESYS+™系列支持最多12台并联,电源之间只需通过一根信号电缆及连接直流输出即可实现并联。通过检测并联数据连接并相应地进行参数配置,主从电源之间可实现自动配置。
GENESYS+™系列1kW到60kW电源的控制方式都是一样的,可通过前面板本机控制,也可通过通信接口远程控制,标配的通信接口有LAN (LXI 1.5),USB 2.0和RS232/485,以及隔离的模拟量控制和监测接口(0-5V, 0-10V),选配通信接口有EtherCAT或Modbus-TCP或GPIB (IEEE488.2)。软件包中提供了软件驱动程序、波形生成器和虚拟前面板GUI。GENESYS+™系列电源均标配安全功能,提供安全启动/自动重启模式,最终设置存储和内置保护功能。提供不带显示屏的空白前面板选项,以避免未经授权更改设备设置。
GENESYS+™系列产品享有五年保修,通过IEC/EN/UL 61010-1安全认证,带有符合低电压、EMC和RoHS指令的CE和UKCA标识。GENESYS+™系列满足IEC/EN 61204-3 Class A 标准对传导和辐射EMI和EMC的抗扰度要求。
